Summer Sweat: Day 4

Are you sick of burpees yet? I am. At least for a day or two.

Time to switch it up a little bit.

Todays workout is tabata style: 20 seconds on/10 seconds off repeated 8 times. The point is to work HARD for those 20 seconds.

You will perform 5 consecutive tabatas for a total of 20 minutes.

Round 1:
Air Squats

Round 2:
Push ups

Round 3:
Mountain Climbers

Round 4:
Tuck jumps

Round 5:
Jumping lunges
